| Koalas Lose at Home to Lady Flames |
The Fighting Koalas made played a strong second half, but could not overcome an early deficit as they lost 93-68 to Lee University.
The Fighting Koalas were outscored by a hot shooting Lee University in the first half 54-26, while the visiting Lady Flames shot 65 percent from the field and the Koalas shot only 29 percent. The Koalas rebounded to outscore Lee 42-39 in the second half, but their effort could not overcome the early deficit. Lesley Gadson led Columbia College with 19 points and 15 rebounds.
The Koalas will try to revenge an early season loss Savannah College of Art and Design this Tuesday at 6:30 in the Godbold center. |
