| Fighting Koalas Take Out the Tigers |
The Fighting Koalas tennis team defeated the Benedict College Lady Tigers 7-1 at the Columbia College tennis courts. In doubles action, Jennifer Troutman and Elizabeth Barrett (CC) defeated Lisa and Tracy LaCroix (BC) 8-5; Christine Bush and Sarah Hall (CC) defeated Paola Lopez and Chanel McRae (BC) 8-1; and Windy Yeager and Megan Brown (CC) defeated Anna Lee Clark and Precious Bryant 8-2.

Lisa LaCroix (BC) defeated Jennifer Troutman (CC) 6-4, 6-3;
Elizabeth Barrett (CC) defeated Tracy LaCroix (BC) 6-3, 6-0;
Christine Bush (CC) defeated Paola Lopez (BC) 6-2, 6-3;
Sarah Hall (CC) defeated Chanel McRae (BC) 6-0, 6-3;
Cordy Francis (CC) defeated Precious Bryant (BC) 6-2, 6-0.
Windy Yeager and Anna Lee Clark did not finish their match. The Fighting Koalas head to Gainesville, Georgia this weekend to take on conference members Brenau University, Georgia Southwestern University and Lee University. The schedule of matches is as follows:
Friday, March 3 Columbia vs. Brenau 2:00 pm
Saturday, March 4 Columbia vs. Lee 9:00 am
Saturday, March 4 Columbia vs. GSW 12:00 noon.
