| Fighting Koalas Defeat the Lady Warriors |
The Fighting Koalas volleyball team defeated conference opponent Southern Wesleyan University this evening at the Godbold Center on the Columbia College campus. Senior outside hitter and team captain, Donee Taylor, led the Koalas with 25 kills and 30 digs in the grueling 5-game match. Sophomore libero, Lauren Bach, added 27 digs and Catherine Bryant, a senior middle blocker, earned 9 kills, 3 solo blocks and 6 block assists.
The Fighting Koalas will face the Lady Warriors again on October 3, when they travel to Central, SC. Game time is scheduled for 7:00 pm. |
