Soccer Splits in Opening Weekend

BECKLEY, WV - The young Columbia College soccer team began their season this past Thursday, August 27th against Mountain State University. Columbia College kept the Mountain State Cougars at bay during the first half with an impressive performance from Columbia College defense only letting 4 shots on Goal the entire Match. Freshman Jessica Martinez led the Fighting Koalas offense with 6 shots on goal and 2 goals. The end result was a 2-0 win over the Cougars. [read more]

Volleyball Opens with Win at Home

COLUMBIA, S.C. – The Columbia College volleyball team opened with a strong performance at home Saturday afternoon, defeating Johnson & Wales University in three sets, 25-6, 25-11, 25-9. Seniors Nikki Golston and Ashley Darden led Columbia in hitting with 9 and 5 kills respectively. [read more]

Softball Adds Corner Infielder

LAURENS, S.C. – Columbia College softball coach announced the addition of Taylor Alexander to the softball program. Alexander, a corner infielder from Lauren High School, was a part of the 2010 team that won the District I and Region 4A championships. [read more]
