COLUMBIA, S.C. - The Columbia College softball program finished the season with an overall record of 23-17 and an AAC winning record of 10-8. The program which began four years ago has slated their highest seeding headed into post season yet, which is 4th.
The Fighting Koalas kick off the first round of the AAC tournament in Kingsport, TN tomorrow morning against the Lady Buffs of Milligan College. The Tournament is a 10-team format with two play-in games which transitions into an 8-team double-elimination format.

1 - Reinhardt (37-4 overall, 18-0 AAC)
No. 2 - Virginia Intermont (32-12 overall, 15-3 AAC)
No. 3 - Tennessee Wesleyan (22-16 overall, 11-7 AAC)
No. 4 - Columbia (21-17 overall, 10-8 AAC)
No. 5 - Milligan (12-20 overall, 10-8 AAC)
No. 6 - Point (20-23 overall, 9-9 AAC)
No. 7 - Bryan (20-22 overall, 8-10 AAC)
No. 8 - Union (15-28 overall, 4-14 AAC)
No. 9 - St. Andrews (12-28 overall, 4-14 AAC)
No. 10 - Montreat (4-36 overall, 1-17 AAC)
Columbia swept Milligan towards the end of their regular season at home and is looking to advance to their first quarter final appearance. The action takes place tomorrow in Kingsport, TN starting at 11:00 a.m. Click here for Tournament Information.
