Koalas Fall to #6 Lee University
Despite a strong second half effort, the Columbia College basketball team fell 82-59 to #6 ranked Lee University. Junior Emmie Bland recorded 25 points and 13 rebounds in the loss, both game highs.

Columbia Falls to Warriors
The Fighting Koalas turned over the victory to the visiting Southern Wesleyan Warriors Tuesday night 85-49. Columbia was led by junior Kiara Fefie who scored a game high 19 points in the loss, but it was not enough to overcome the Koalas 37 turnovers.

The Columbia College basketball team put together a solid team effort in defeating Allen University 61-52 in the Godbold Center.

Kiara Fefies Career Night Comes up Short
Junior point guard, Kiara Fefie, had the best game of her career Thursday night. She led Columbia in scoring with 21 points and for the first time this season on the glass with 9 rebounds. However, after the final horn sounded, visiting Auburn-Montgomery outscored Columbia 70-49.

The Columbia College basketball team defeated Voorhees College in the Lucille Godbold Center Tuesday night. LaPorcha Williams scored a team high 19 points, including 8-of- 8 shooting from the free throw line, to lead to Koalas to a 65-59 victory.

The Fighting Koalas basketball team dropped their first SSAC game of the year 51-87 to Southern Polytechnic State University. Columbia was led by junior guard Porcha Williams who put in 20 points on the night and junior Emmie Bland who pulled in 9 rebounds.

Basketball Signs Three Players for the Fall
Stephen Burns, head basketball coach, announced the signing of three players for next years team. Kiristen Robinson, Maria Dunbar, and Desiree Oneal will join the Fighting Koalas basketball team when school starts in August.
