COLUMBIA, S.C. - The Fighting Koalas turned over the victory to the visiting Southern Wesleyan Warriors Tuesday night 85-49.  Columbia was led by junior Kiara Fefie who scored a game high 19 points in the loss, but it was not enough to overcome the Koalas' 37 turnovers.

Southern Wesleyan jumped out to an early 11-0 lead as Columbia's offense struggled to get going.  Junior Emmie Bland also put in 10 points, although limited in minutes because of foul trouble.  Southern Wesleyan had five player s score in double figures, led by Kayla Plantin who scored 18 points on 9-of-12 shooting.

The Koalas will host #6 ranked Lee University on Thursday night at 6:30 in the Godbold Center.
