Koalas Head into Break Thankful for an Explosive Offense

With Thanksgiving Break right around the corner, the fighting Koalas gave themselves and the fans something to be grateful for. Good defense and even better offense helped the team walk away from todays' game as victors. The Bulldogs fought hard to make the game close at the end but scoring outburst from Juniors Victoria Williams, and Jenesai Mohammed and Senior Amber Sherrill were too much to overcome.

Williams had a career high day with 24 pts and 2 assists, which led the team in scoring. Following close behind was Jenesai Mohammed who had 22 pts, 3 assists, and 4 rebounds. And rounding out the top scorers was Sherrill with 15 pts, 2 assists and 8 rebounds. Other contributors were Varn, Johnson, Morgan, and Ferguson.

The Koalas have a week off, and they come back to face Reinhardt at home on the 28th. After that they will head down to face Truett-McConnell.
