Susan Payne Signs with Koalas

Susan Payne has committed to play her college career at Columbia College beginning next fall.

Susan comes to Columbia College from Aiken High School in Aiken, SC. Daughter of Wanda and Tom Payne, Susan has been a starter for all four years and has been named best offensive player at Aiken High School. Before high school, she played for the Aiken Soccer Club for 7 years and then continued her club career with Columbia United Futbol Club from 2006-2008.

Susan has been the leading scorer in high school and club, and wishes to keep that trend going at Columbia College. Coach Kiper thinks that she will be a valuable player to the team next year because of here awareness and presence on the field. Coach Kiper said, “Susan is one of those players who will make other players around her better.”
