Soccer Falls at Lee in SSAC Tournament

The Fighting Koalas soccer team made the SSAC tournament for the first time in school history.  However, Columbia was rewarded with a first round matchup with the number one seed in the tournament and second ranked team in the nation, Lee University.  Lee prevailed 9-0 in the contest.

The Koalas had to take on Lee without Senior goalie Ashley Eckler, who was injured in the final game of the season.  Columbia faced 21 shots and 11 corner kicks, struggling to get the ball off their side of the field.  Columbia College finishes the season at 4-11-2.
