Soccer Picks Up Lilli Neal
COLUMBIA, S.C. - Josh Kiper, head soccer coach for Columbia College, announced the addition of Lilli Neal to the Fighting Koalas soccer program. Neal comes to Columbia from James Island Charter High School where she spent four years as a starting defender on varsity. Having over 13 years of experience, Neal was the captain of the 2011 squad at James Island.
While at Columbia College, Neal wishes to double major in biology and Spanish. Neal said, “I am most excited about coming to Columbia College for the challenge and the opportunity to meet new friends."
Coach Kiper signed Neal on March 30th, 2011 with Neal’s father, Ray Neal, at her side. Kiper added, “After meeting Lilli and getting to know her you are left with excitement of what she can bring to the team on and off the field. She is a great addition to the team and athletic program at Columbia College."
