Soccer Signs First Player for 2017 Class

Columbia College Soccer Head Coach Joshua Kiper has announced the first signing of the 2017 Koala soccer class, Brianna Sandoval.

Bri will come to Columbia College from North Charleston, SC, where she will graduate from Fort Dorchester High School.

Bri has previously played club soccer for a number of teams including NASA, CESA, and currently SCUFC in the Region III Premier League, as well as being a starter for Fort Dorchester Varsity since her freshman year.

While attending Columbias, Bri plans to major in Biology with plans to eventually become a physical therapist.

Coach Kiper said about Brianna, "Bri is someone we have known about for a while because of her club exploits as well as her teammate at Fort Dorchester, Anna Seder, who speaks highly of her.  We are excited to get someone who has so much experience playing at a high level, a player with a strong work ethic, versatility, and the right attitude to help our program continue to excel."
