Nikki Golston enters her first year as the Assistant Coach for the Fighting Koalas volleyball program. Golston a native of West Columbia, SC is an alumnae of Columbia College as she graduated in 2010.

Golston started her volleyball career while competing at Dutch Fork High school and began her collegiate career at Spartanburg Methodist College in 2005. Before transfering from Spartanburg Methodist Golston was honored as an NJCAA All American Nominee, Team MVP, and 1st team All Conference. Golston came to Columbia to compete as a Fighting Koala in 2009 and helped lead her team to their first 20+ season in Fighting Koala history. Golston recieved the Coaches Award and Team MVP(2010) before graduating from the program.

Golston is also very active with Magnum Volleyball Club located here in Columbia, SC. She began her club coaching career in 2009 and has continued to manage the Magnum Fall Youth League as well as Dutch Fork's Middle School volleyball program.
