COLUMBIA, S.C. - Josh Kiper, head soccer coach for Columbia College, announced the addition of Lilli Neal to the Fighting Koalas soccer program. Neal comes to Columbia from James Island Charter High School where she spent four years as a starting defender on varsity. Having over 13 years of experience, Neal was the captain of the 2011 squad at James Island.

BECKLEY, WV - The young Columbia College soccer team began their season this past Thursday, August 27th against Mountain State University. Columbia College kept the Mountain State Cougars at bay during the first half with an impressive performance from Columbia College defense only letting 4 shots on Goal the entire Match. Freshman Jessica Martinez led the Fighting Koalas offense with 6 shots on goal and 2 goals. The end result was a 2-0 win over the Cougars.
