Stempert Joins Soccer Team

CHARLESTON, S.C. – Head soccer coach, Josh Kiper, announced the signing of Kimberly Stempert to next fall’s squad.  Stempert was a defender for Fort Dorchester High School. 

She has played for 4 years for the Patriots.  Kimberly lettered in two Varsity sports during her high school career, soccer and competitive cheerleading.  In 2009, she was awarded the Patriot Award for Soccer.  Stempert said, “I love soccer and am dedicated 110% to anything I do and I don’t believe in quitting.  I am excited to be a Koala and look forward to meeting my new team and having a great experience at Columbia College.”  Kimberly will be major in Chemistry and minor in Art. She hopes to be a medical examiner after graduation.
