Columbia College (SC) Women’s Cross-Country Opens 2021 at Charleston Southern
Columbia, SC – The Columbia College women's cross-country team will open its 2021 campaign, Saturday, Sept. 4, at the Charleston Southern Buccaneer Invitational. The start time for the meet is 9:45 am.
Coach Justin Bishop is optimistic about how his women will fair in the meet.
"The women's team had their best time trial on Monday since I have taken over the program," said Bishop, who is in his sixth season with Columbia College. "This weekend should be a confidence booster. Hoping to have two National Qualifiers."
After the season-opening meet, the Koalas will have two weeks off before heading to Spartanburg, SC, to compete at Converse University.
