Softball Heads to Tournament
COLUMBIA, S.C.- The Columbia College softball team will head to Columbus, Georgia this week to compete in the SSAC Conference Tournament on April 28th, 29th, and 30th.
This marks the second consecutive appearance for the young softball program at Columbia College and action begins for the Koalas this Thursday morning. The Fighting Koalas are set to play, West SSAC team Faulkner University in the first round of the tournament.
Columbia College finished the season at 11-15 in the conference standings and are rested and ready to compete. Coach James Morrison, "Our ladies are excited to compete against Faulkner University and are ready for the challange ahead."
